Constructed from aluminium, the DB Ramverk™ Alu Carry-on is built using custom-engineered components and a rivet-less structure that enables easier part replacement and repair while maintaining a clean exterior free from exposed rivets. Designed for durability and precision, it combines structural strength with a minimal, functional aesthetic suited to modern travel.

• EdgeFrame™: Increases torsional rigidity and impact protection by absorbing and redistributing forces during travel. Inspired by automotive body-in-white design, it combines stiffness with controlled deformation to protect the interior and preserve structural geometry.
• CenterFrame™: Forms a central spine that stabilises the luggage body, improving load distribution, enhancing repairability, and delivering a precise, tactile closing experience.
• Wheel housing: Specifically engineered for aluminium construction, integrating seamlessly into the shell to improve ground clearance, shock absorption, and structural strength while acting as a key precision junction point.
• Trolley handle: Uses a unibody aluminium housing to reinforce the full handle path, enabling smooth, silent extension and a solid, dependable feel during use.
